80100 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the 80100 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
These Terms take effect from your account registration date and apply to all 80100 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing any part of the 80100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision here, you are not allowed to use the platform.
The basic eligibility to use the 80100 platform is as follows:
- You must be at least 18 years old at registration and throughout platform use.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where participation in this type of online entertainment activity is legally permitted.
- You act on your own behalf and not as an unauthorized third-party representative.
- You are not currently listed in any self-exclusion program from gambling or entertainment platforms in force.
80100 reserves the right to verify users’ age and identity at any time. Accounts found to violate these eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 80100 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal information or registration methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all related accounts. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Users are responsible for updating their account information if changes occur, including phone numbers, email addresses, and payment details. 80100 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their passwords and login details confidential. 80100 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Any password requests from individuals claiming to represent 80100 must be reported immediately to our support team.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. 80100 is not responsible for any losses resulting from users disclosing their passwords or failing to protect their login information.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the 80100 services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to improperly access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or exploiting technical bugs to gain unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activities.
- Distributing illegal, threatening, abusive, or harmful content to other users via any communication feature on the platform.
- Attempting to access other users’ data or the platform’s internal systems without authorization.
80100 reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates these rules, as well as to report suspected illegal activities to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 80100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment methods are valid, registered in their own names, and have sufficient funds before making any deposit.
80100 offers local payment methods including FPX (online bank transfer) and TNG eWallet to facilitate fast and secure transactions for Malaysian users. All successfully credited deposits to user accounts are final and non-reversible except under conditions defined by 80100.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification processes that 80100 may require from time to time. Processing times vary based on the withdrawal method selected and the user’s VIP level. 80100 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if suspicious activity or terms violations are under investigation.
- Deposits made using third-party accounts are not allowed.
- Users are responsible for any service charges imposed by their banks or payment providers.
- Any transaction errors must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
- Funds in accounts do not earn interest and are not protected by any government deposit insurance schemes.
- 80100 reserves the right to impose deposit or withdrawal limits based on internal risk assessments.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
80100 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users from using the platform, including financial losses from betting activities, service interruptions, technical errors or unauthorized access beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and 80100 makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability.
80100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud activity, or at our sole discretion. If an account is closed due to confirmed violations, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users dissatisfied with account closure decisions may contact support for further review.
All content on the 80100 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of 80100 or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or commercially using any platform content without explicit written permission from 80100.
6. Third-Party Links, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 80100 platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment suppliers, or technical partners. 80100 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, availability, or practices of these third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third parties separately before engaging with their services.
Changes to These Terms
80100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the relevant laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 80100 platform shall first be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
